Dr. Young is interested in increasing the digital and new media literacies of social workers and human service organizations to leverage data-driven decision-making and innovation for positive social change. These same skills are necessary to infuse technology into community organizing and planning for digital activism and organizational practice in the ever-increasing digital world.
